Bogavanian Wildlife Terrors

In the unsettled parts of Bogavania lurk fearsome creatures. In fact they sometimes threaten farming communities and travelers. It is through such territory that a knight courier races from the capital with a message to a Bogavanian army to link up with another defeated army and to launch a new attack on Castle Mathers. However, hot on his heels is a scouting party of cutthroats for hire, mounted light warriors of Chaos in Beerstein employ.


This is an unusually large variety of snookum ookum bird. It is little wonder, given its ferocity, that it is the King's personal emblem. It is capable of swallowing a man at one gulp.

               This rhinox, although not as big as our previous feathered specimen, is a creature twice as deadly as a large bear. His exoskeletal head covering makes his head largely impervious to the hardest of blows and his nose horn is capable of penetrating plate armor.

                  This is the more usually sized snookum ookum bird, only three heads taller than a man but capable of ripping a head off. Like its larger cousin it is a meat eater and humans are sometimes on the menu.
