Trans-Slovania Incident to Trigger War With The United States of Ameriga?

The kidnapping by Gypsie of American tycoon, Scroogan Mc Dook threatens to lead to a major incident between the USA and Trans-Slovania. Mc Dook was on a hunting trip in the wilds of the province of Snookum Ookum when a band of gypsies kidnapped the richest man in Amerigo.
It is believed the band of heavily armed gypsies intended to ransom Mc Dook and his wife. A shootout with Snookum Ookum provincial troops has led to the tragic deaths of Mr and Mr Mc Dook, This follows the death of migrant workers in the Calfornian Simpson railway tunnel when 500 workers, mostly from the Balkans, lost their lives due to allegedly poor safety measures. Mrs Mc Dook. Condolences were issued by the provincial and national trans-Slovanian governments. Sabrina McDook was much loved for her championing of Amerigan orphanages.Mc Dook's son, Randolf is managing the family newspaper The New York Bugle. Predictably some highly volatile news stories have come from that quarter.
The Trans-Slovanian govenment, last month accused the Amerigan government of abusing its nationals. This follows the deaths of 500 Balkan migrants in the Simpson Railway tunnel project. The detaining of five Trans -Slovanian alleged spies in Washington has also fanned the winds of war. Ameriga has made allegations that the Trans-Slovanians are working in conjunction with Confederate forces to steal plans for latest Amerigan technology, rumoured to involve a new type of revolutiionary weapon.
Several Amerigan warships have been sent to the region for 'wargames with the Feizan navy'. This has fanned the flames with trans-Slovania which regards Feia as a traditional enemy. Crussia has not yet made comment but may have to enter the fray if trans-Slovania is attacked as it has an informal alliance with its fellow Slavic nation. it may, however,be conscious of the present vulnerability of its Alaskan province.
