13/2/1922 Breaking News: War between San Theodore and Nuevo Rica begins
The South American countries of San Theodore and Nuevo Rica have finally gone to war. A dispute over the border had already intensified with the discovery of oil in the region.
San Theodore has been aided by forces from Mexico and Nuevo Rica has received a regiment of elite lancers from Syldavia. Borduria is the other European country to become involved. As a long time historical rival to Syldavia Borduria appears to be using San Theodore as a testing ground for its troops and weapons. Its tankettes with twin-linked machine guns are already in support of Theodorean and Mexican troops and a column of Bordurian and San Theodorean troops are marching or riding a troop train through the Fetid Jungle.
