Ancient Egyptian figures were not available to me in my childhood but in the 1980s I obtained Atlantic and other brands of Egyptians. I had fun painting these especially the seated queen who looks like Ellizabeth Taylor. (There is a warrior standing in front of her in this photo) I also converted a cereal packet Indian into one, a project I might return to one day. The above are pictures from ny Ancients shelves.
