Beersteiner Matchlock Men.

The latest batch of English Civil War figures have been painted in Beersteiner red with yellow trim. The flag has been painted with the Beerstein symbol of Beerstein. (Other flags, not shown here, include the Holy tusked Whale).

The GW red spray undercoat was almost brown and the overcoats of red were still a little dull and muddy but probably a realistic colour given instability of dyes and the results of campaigning. A few figures need some tidying up and basing still needs to be done.
