Repainted Cherilea Mounted American Civil War Officer

 One thing about Cherilea mounted is they sure have odd bases! They are chunky and sort of vaguely triangular. But I do like these figures for their quaint charm. I have featured the British horse guard before, some of which I painted as late 19th century French.

One thing about them though is they are a little crude especially the swords that look more like limp bits of rubber hose so I replaced this one with a DSG sword. I neglected to add a scabbard.

Most likely he will be a general to lead one of my armies.
