Gillikin cavalry conversions.

 This may horrify traditionalists that I have used old hollowcast toy soldiers to make fantasy figures. However the figures were so damaged that their usual fate would be to be melted down for casting. Also, as a smaller scale they would not fit with my 54mm hollowcast.

Anyhow, now they are Gillikins, or, alternatively, goblin cavalry. I  have made Gillikins the smallest of the Ozzz world denizens, smaller even than Munchkins.

The plastic Napoleon is also destined for conversion.
