Stumpy, The Two Headed Dragon

This is a rubbery dragon toy which just looks cool! I have decided to use him as a random creature with his own stats.

"Why Stumpy?" you ask - well his wings don't look like they could get his fat posterior airborne

So his rules: Stumpy can't fly but he can jump over some objects. He has two heads and so two brains; this means he might have disagreements with himself. A 'stupidity' dice role is made each turn to see if he just ambles along in a random direction OR he fights himself for a move!

Rather than being attached to an army he appears randomly from a vortex in ANY hex in the world (except in the oceans). This will be determined by rolling percentage dice. If he appears in a non-player nation then we will roll a dice to see if he meets any opponents and how many units. (Stumpy fights all comers). If he lands in a player nation then that hex ceases agricultural and mining production so it is desirable to get rid of him. On the other hand he might just randomly vanish.

Obviously, he could tie up valuable resources so he could be a blasted nuisance and just what sort of units does one take to defeat a dragon, especially as he has TWO flamer templates. Of course, he could turn up in a non player nation and may be battling Mongols, Orcs, Chaos warriors, Dark Elves, Undead, the Fritz, Aztecs etc. That makes it a fun diversion for a small game anywhere in the world - my world that is.
