Hollowcast Confederates Bases Flocked

 To flock or not to flock! Both have their merits. Unflocked bright green bases are in keeping with keeping the original look of old hollowcast. I have to admit that I use both finishes.

These Confederates had already been based by the previous owner and also bases were already flocked to some extent so I decided to finish the job. I also made some two figure bases to enhance quick handling of figures in wargames.

The officer has most of his original paint but I re-did the face as paint was missing there. He still has a swinging arm. This same figure was used as a Boer War figure in khaki.
