Britains Metal ACW Standard Bearer Conversion

 This figure is one of a number of metal figures I picked up not long ago. I wasn't sure if it was an original partly filled by someone or a home casting. In any case it was missing an arm and a head. I have used a spare lance arm and made a flag from aluminum can. The head is a home casting of a plastic Eyes Right head, but it is a little bigger than the original hollowcast heads. Hopefully it does not look too big for the body.

   

The missing tail was replaced with wire and putty. I'll be adding a wooden base. The figure will be joining a unit of hollowcast Confederate cavalry.
