Pirates, Black Cyclops & Shako Soldier

The pirate below was part of a set with 1/35 pirates and pirate skeletons. The trees were pine cones.

The two figures below ere from an older pirate set with rather daggy and awkward poses. like most of them are doing leg stretches or are feeling constipated. The left-hand figure is meant to be a pirate captain, although I could have spent more time on the skull and crossbones. The right-hand figure has been painted in the colors of Bogavania but could aslo serve as an Ozzz soldier, a Gerolsteiner, a French man or a Mexican. My favorite blue paint is GW Caledon Sky, which grew out of Enchanted Blue (which I liked even more).
