General Anatole Penguin is almost completed. I have yet to paint the base. I also need to base The Penguin. As mentioned in an earlier post, both of these are my resin castings. The Penguin could be a generic civilian or he could be...THE Penguin! General Penguin is intended as a generic officer for use in the Bogavanian army, Army Horizon Blue, Gerolstein, Latin American armies like Cortesia and Chile or wherever I want a characterful military leader.
The paper in his hand could be military orders, a map or the morning news; it was made from a rolled-up piece of Super Glue tube.
