Of Ribs & Saturday Events
Last Saturday I foolishly tried to swing a metal swing chair which was not anchored. It fell backwards and my right-side ribs came violently in contact with it, probably the arm. I yelled so loud it is a wonder someone did not call the cops. Anyhow, hopefully it is just bruising but it could be a minor fracture. In any case it still hurts like Hell.
My Sandringham, Melbourne event is also kept company by a street festival and there is the fantastic beach so anyone making a trip there has plenty to do. Contact me if you want the details to visit or to have a free stall (with your own table).

ReplyDeleteI really like the paint job on your Airfix Cowboys! What figure is Manco/Blondie/Joe?
Blondie was made by either a Russian or Ukrainian maker and I forget the name, but he also made other Western figures and a Conan and a Xena. The firearms are a little oversized.
ReplyDeleteThe Airfix figure with Henry rifle was painted as US Cavalry although the weapon was not regulation. On the other hand, in the ACW, some Union regiments did have such weapons, I think, organized and obtained by their colonels.
Sentenza (Van Cleef) I standing on the jail house; it is a Dulcop figure which looks like him, intentionally or unintentionally.
