Europe on the Brink of a new War

An uneasy peace exists between Hermany and Crussia. Hermany has been looking elsewhere for its military expansion. The Duchy of Gerolstein has been advised by Hermany that it needs its 'protection'. The Duchess has called an urgent meeting of her Advisory Council.

Much of the the Gerolstein army is still clothed in Napoleonic era uniforms, although the weapons have been updated. Gerolstein has depended on playing off its powerful neighbours against each other but now the council is looking at its secret communications with an unnamed power to counter possible Herman aggression.

Meanwhile the border between Crussia, Mogostan and Fez is extremely tense. Hostilities could break out at any time.
