War of the Three Armies Move Five - Seven

The Vikings advance on the skeleton archers' flank. The Vikings' 'pet' giant, Gargnor supports them. (previously the empire had thought Gargnor would be enlisted by Lord Feldead

Viking spearmen engage centaurs. The two ranks bonus for spearmen helped the Vikings eventual triumph.

The skeleton archers turn to face the danger and shoot at the giant, ineffectually.

The Imperial general, Lord Bluton fights against the vampire in red armour, The knights fight the skeletons but find their flails formidable.

The Imperial giant, Dwarfle enters the fray.

After a long drawn out battle the general falls! Bur Dwarfle avenges him, scattering skeleton bones and killing the vampire with his mighty war hammer.

Meanwhile lord Drop Dead is crossing the river with his numerous mounted skeleton warriors.

Elsewhere the Fezians slog it out with orks and their warboss. After a long battle the mounted archers flee and the foot soldiers are decimated.

Spell, dispel and counter spells flash across the battlefield, including the devastating vortex which destroys whole units of both Fezians and skeletons.

Curious lions watch from a safe place as Shriek the ork giant attacks a Fezian chariot.

He opens his mouth and the stench causes the chariot to flee as its horses and human occupants gasp for breath.

Fezian elephant and the giant Ayoo Barber replace the human forces in a counter attack on the Big Un orks.

A devious vampire casts a conjuring spell which places a unit of shambling zombies in the unmanned Fezian castle. The shocked and outraged Fezian vizier, Matterand, turns around units to attempt to expel the evil filth.

Vikings and giant make short work of skeleton archers.

Above: Fezians push their siege machine but stop when they see the depth of the river they need to cross.

Above: The Crypt guard moves towards the battle between allied orks and Fezian giant and orks.

Meanwhile Imperial and allied Viking forces attack the Vampire Lord and his Black Knights. The werewolf hero, Snorri, rips apart the intervening centaurs. The allied giant swings his club at the dead warriors. The Black Knights return the attack and, using the killing blow, kill the giant. He falls, killing several Vikings! The heroic Vikings are not deterred and continue to swing their mighty axes. Overwhelming numbers and determination defeat the vampire lord and his Black Knights.

Fezian forces have crossed the river and move towards the Imperial lines. The Imperial wizard casts a spell on their chariot which kills an archer and continues to plague it.
