Italeri mamelukes have bee altered with fur hats or turbaned fez. The bugler has a new metal arm and the flag bearers have Timpo Action Pack ACW Union sergeant pistol hands with pistols removed. They are good arms for this as the hands are chunkya nd hollow out easily to accept flag staffs. I am in the process of painting these and also cut down the high backs on some of the saddles.
