Dorado Mexican Revolution

The Dorados or 'Golden Ones' were Pancho Villa's elite unit which wore olive green and, often gold trim on the sombreros although in these cases I have made the trim red. They were well armed with pistols and Mausers.

The figures were HK copies of Cresent Mexicans with damaged rifles. I drilled out the rifles and glued in pieces of brass rod. I painted the shirt to represent a short jacket and shirt.
