Army Light Green
One of my favourite cheap figures is the Hing Fat pirate shooting a firearm. I have previously converted the figure into a Renaissance figure. I have also used it for various peasants and irregulars.
My Army Light Green is a Funny Little Wars army loosely based on the Balkans from late 19th century to WW1. I had Montenegro in mind but as my army is Army Light Green I decided to use this colour for fictional irregulars. he only changes were to trim the head scarf into a small cap and to trim the gun mechanism. A little more fiddly was the addition of putty under the barrel of the gun so it didn't look like a large shotgun.
