ESCI made these in the 1980s, I think. I dropped one and his leg broke off, which shows how brittle some plastic can get. The figure which is in temperate cammo is a Dragon 1/35 figure. The desert cammo figure with hand raised was a cheapo made in China figure but looks as good as the others.
