I have a few different rules I use, mostly home grown. For the Mexicans, when I have used them as late 19th/early 20th century I have used Funny Little Wars with some of my own adapatations. Have you seen these rules by Patrick Wright? Otherwise I have some ACW rules developed by Bob Bolton and Steve Wardle in Adelaide. I'll publish some rules on the blog at a later stage.
