Beersteiner Chainmail Mounted Recruits.

I call these variously, 'medium knights' or 'sargeants'; it depends on what era you are doing. I use them with plate armored warriors which makes the chain mail defence look so yesterday and reserved for the more humble knight's supporters.

These figures came in a set of made in China cheap figures, including mostly foot figures in red and black with skin painted. They are a good source for building up armies quickly. I have painted them in the colors of Beerstein.
