60mm Gemco Fictitious Guards. I'd like about forty of these with rifles. I'm unsure if they made them with rifles but they would be excellent painted in various colours for fictitious armies.
Timpo, old versions and new. The newer versions have molded white trimming and more modern rifles.
Hi James, hope you had a good Christmas, the Gem guardsmen were made to go with a figure of Humpty Dumpty and his courtiers from the childrens nursery ryhm, they were the "all the Kings Men" who couldn't put him back together again, that's why they're a bit toy townish.
Thanks Brian. We had a nice hot summer and I went to the beach after Xmas lunch with my folks. Did gem do a figure with a rifle and does anyone still make them? I'd like to make units of them for my armies of Ruritania. The goose step is a nice touch which disqualifies them for use as British guardsmen.
