The Fezian attack on Desrick Castle
The Fezians attack King Long Shanks' army at Dessrick Castle and are repelled after they lose half their force.

A fight to the death between plate armoured warriors on both sides while the Fezian commander recklessly advances with his mounted plate armoured troops.

Harald Greentooth staggers from his bed, barely able to wield his weapon after his mystery illness. The battle ends before he can join it.

The Fezian vizier succumbs as the crusader reinforcements join the fray but few Beersteiner knights survive from this melee.
After the death of their leader the Fezians retreat but they have three Beersteiners as prisoners who might yet escape as the Fezians flee,.

The Fezians are unlikely to return any time soon but the Beersteiners have concentrated many forces on the Eastern border that might well be needed in the West against Bogavanians. Despite the horrific casualties suffered by the Fezians a significant dent has been made in one Beersteiner army.
The Fezian venture is most likely an independent action but the possibility of collusion with the Bogavanians can not be ruled out.
