Mat and I played another fantasy wargame today with mat again being Chaos commander and I commanded the Undead.
We had around 2000 points a side. The victory conditions were based on a point for each enemy unit destroyed or driven from the board and five points for each objective captured.

The Western objective is fought over atop a hill. The skeletons are getting the worst of it as they were attacked in the flank by maruder cavalry.

We played our customary 12 moves. The end result was two contested objectives and the Undead had destroyed eight enemy inits and the Chaos forces destroyed six undead units. it was declared a victory for the undead but the western objective was close to being overwhelmed by Chaos. If the game had continued would have been taken by Chaos, although the actions of the Vampire lord and his immediate forces probably would have driven back Chaos forces from the Eastern objective. we shall never know.
