West Point Cadets

Having used some Marx West point cadets in a recent wargame I decided to paint some more. The problem is the soft plastic Marx figures are little boys compared to the Marxman hard plastic ones. The latter mostly have new metal rifles. 

I'm thinking of using them as either Early War ACW militia (probably Confederate although both sides had units with similar uniforms including grey coated Yanks) although the rifles are short for that, alternative history late 19th century Confederates or Ruritanians. (The Confederates and Ruritanians swap a lot of ideas in uniforms).

                                         The short figure has a repaired plume from wire and putty.
