Bordurian Cavalry And Sea Plane
These Bordovian cavalry appeared in some earlier posts when they invaded lionia and also intervened in one of the South American Wars with Syldavia backing the other side. There was also a direct war with Syldavia in Europe.
The cavalry were given a germanic appearance and were created from mixing Airfix and Matchbox German torsos and heads with Airfix 7th cavalry and Imex Confederate cavalry.
Serge's Tintin book Bordurians were a mixture of Third Reich and Soviet influences but becoming more of the latter over time.
This toy plane actually has batteries to make it move (on the floor). I repainted it and I don't remember its original color. In the South American battle it crashed into a train!
