Another WW2 Game

The village of Debouchy is steadily being occupied by my Germans. Two tigers faced five Shermans and the latter are down to four. The allied infantry have been badly mauled with a handful left. The Germans also sustained casualties but much less severe. The battle finishes in another four moves. it is up to the Shermans.
          Brits take cover from some heavy German rifle and machine gun fire. They are also menaced by a German Tiger tank.

                              The flame thrower was blasted away by a shell from a Sherman.

    Concentrated German fire from behind a strong natural defensive position. (The allies actually didn't get within grenade range).

           A couple of Germans lurked in the bell tower but did little damage as they kept their presence secret for most of the battle. They were later shot by the Brits in a building to the right when they left the church.

             A Sherman with destroyed gun blocks a street. A German in the opposite building fired, unsuccessfully, an anti tank round at it. The shot was partly blocked by the abandoned car.
