A Native American Gets An Orc Face Transplant

The donors were a H K copy of a Timpo Indian, Warhammer 40 K orc head and DSG shield and mace. 

Rather than replace the whole head I shaved off the face. The orc head was designed to fit onto a much smaller body where the head partially projects from the upper body. It need only a little trimming to fit the Indian's remaining head. 

The useful thing is that Games Workshop figures, at least orc ones,  have large heads not out of place on 54mm figures. This particular head is of the more bestial or ape-like type.

I could have left the existing tomahawk and trouser fringe but decided to remove them. The strange looking hair had the plaits removed and putty was used to extend the hair to look like a helmet.
