I found this boar in my fantasy spars box and he is just the right size to be a mount for the orc.
The Reaper Bones figure
Left, orc archer, conversion of ogre and two cresent indian conversions with human skin loin cloths!
Now this is a really curious figure. it is vaguely historical but combines ancient and medieval features. the helmet looks ancient but is especially bulbous. Also an archer wouldn't normally wear a helmet that could restrict vision. The plate armour I have partly painted as leather to be more typical of an archer. The green skin marks him as an orc although the noble, upright pose suggests human shape. In any case, he is a big blighter!
More goblin bowmen converted from cheap under scaled Indians. The hoods are red but one day I might have so many that I'll make black hooded and red hooded units. The left figure is a copy of Jean. The others are also Hong kong from various series.
The left one is a fairly recent Chinese made Western range and the other is a copy of Airfix with musket removed.
Left is a Hong Kong copy of Jean Indian which had lost most of his nose. I changed his weapon and cut down the hair and added a putty helmet. I drilled out some nostrils. The other two are Timmee Indians with putty hair vests to make them less skinny. Shields are DSG. Heads are Eureka.
I liked having an orc with a burning torch, about to light a secret weapon or to burn down a village etc.
Here's an orc converted from cheapo alien to be used in catapult crew.

Varied archers, The large Willow series ones are actually goblins but due to their size I'll count them as orcs.
