Two-headed And Chinese Dragon

 I bought these plastic dragons from a bazaar and trash and treasure market. The Chinese dragon will function as a statue. The dragon, for some reason, just looked appealing. His undersized wings may mean he is not allowed to fly in my wargames but maybe to jump over low objects. Also, he/she will get two flame attacks instead of one. Maybe I'll have a rule that on a roll of a one the two heads 'argue' and the figures does not move that turn or maybe they attack each other! I think I'll call it 'Stumpy' due to the little wings.
