New Cheapo SF Robots

 So here is another heap of cheapo stuff from China. They remind me of something between the robots in Astro Boy, Futurama and 1960s cereal toys. They are leaning towards the comical. Like the fantasy figures they are about 1/32 or 1/35 scale. The sealer to my getting them was the figure with samurai type head. This one reminded my of the cyborgs in an Australian SF movie called the Time Guardian but these plastic ones are a lot less robust looking and in fact a little puny.

     This one looks like he is kneeling to propose. It could also be a power suit for an organic being. Some handy little equipment bases are also shown.

                                       This one is a cross between a robot and a rocket - kind of dopey.

It would be easy to convert the figures by combining one half with another. The colour scheme could be bright primary colours, camo, shiny metal or even dull corroded metal colours. To make them more formidable they could be given Games Workshop or converted weapons. The wheeld robot could even be given a rider.
