War Casualty Gets Makeover

 My Timpo French grenadiers saw service in the Quadling armies of Ozzz but their colonel received a horrific injury! His left arm broke off and his legs were separated from his body; such is the power of Amerigan marksmanship.

Anyhow I very much like this toy soldier so he got some rather drastic surgery. After his legs and base were Superglued back on I used Green Stuff around the legs for added strength and to suggest long grass. The arm had a hole drilled in it and a piece of copper wire glued in and anther hole on a replacement arm which came from a Timpo Action pack Union sergeant. The revolver had the cylinder trimmed so it could function as a flintlock. 

So now he is better armed and ready for action but he does seem to be hugging that pine cone tree - once bitten twice shy.
