Napoleonic Rifleman

I hope someone can educate me on these fellows. They are Hat figures that I think represent some German states in the Napoleonic Wars. Any information on their background and uniforms would be welcome.

 It looks like the uniform is correct and it is for Brunswick Light Infantry. The color of the blanket might not be right as a reference  saw had a different shade of grey but I suspect that items like that would vary with availability.
