Fantasy Campaign Maps

The maps show I am still hand drawing them. These are not the end of it as more maps will, eventually, be drawn for other parts of the world.

The original map was bigger than the one below and made from Warhammer plastic hexes. They were not enough so I stuck them to a wooden board and drew the others on. I even got the order of hexes mixed up somewhere around the land of Chaos. Figures!

Then I decided I could just draw the whole flamin' thing, instead of carrying a big wooden and plastic map around. This map shows Beerstein and Bogavania after much of it was swallowed up by Beerstein That process continued in our last campaign. in fact, the area marked with a heart still had Bogavania written on it, but it was taken by Beerstein. Consquently, mat moved troops through it this campaign but we have a six move truce while we deal with other powers. As neither of us wanted to go to war yet the issue was resolved peacefully, hence the heart! In the South of Beerstein a castle is being besieged by Fritzerland forces (controlled by mat as we don't have third and fourth players). To the South East can be seen the looming Battle of The lonely Grave (so named after I placed a random grave, under a tree, on the tabletop).

The location of The Battle of the Desert, recently concluded, can be seen here.

I'm no cartographer but the maps are working. This one shows the more South-Easterly side and the battle looming below Fezia's capital. I neglected to add in Patra's (dark green) temples. Temples add to the leadership of troops defending them. Fezia and Aztecia have there's marked in.
