Wheeled Retro Rocket Cannon And Converted Airfix Samurai Robot
A recent large purchase of second hand green 'army men' and accessories produced some interesting pieces. These toy cannons must be some of the strangest ever made as they can't make up their mind if they are cannons or rockets! Nevertheless, they are fascinating. I chose a black and gold finish and will probably give them a gloss coat.
The Airfix Space Warrior had lost his head so he has been given a new MPC one. I haven't decided on his paint scheme yet but possibly the same as the artillery.
Interesting. You can buy packs of these cannons online (from China) so I bought ten of them a couple of years ago ...
ReplyDeleteThey look great, even if weird. I was tempted to convert the top bit to look more like a missile but in the end left it as is.
