I just found this reference and found it fascinating.

Baking Soda is good for so many things - such as cleaning, unclogging sinks when combined with vinegar.

 I use it added to Super Glue for tough bonds. (I sometimes also add graphite powder).

SO here is a blog which tells how to sculpt stuff with it. I wonder if one could also make a mold from it.
