I like to personalize units, including unique flags. In this case I have hand painted the flags so they are fairly rough. The Bastards flag reads ' Ein Gott Und Konig' (For God and King) and Die Bastardes (THe bastards).
The Tower regiment reads simply, 'Beerstein' and 'Das Tower regt' (The Tower Regiment).
The whale is a major holy symbol in Beersteiner religion, derived from the Jonah and the Whale story. That flag also has a beerstein in the corner of the flag and a Beerstein flag topper. The Tower regiment has a whale device atop its flagpole.
