Mrs & Miss Penguin With General Penguin

 Below from left: Charmaine, General Penguin's daughter, Josephine Penguin (maiden name Charbens), the general's wife and General Anatole Penguin.

  Charmaine wears dress with daring hemline. Even though she is only thirteen her parents think it time to put her in decent ladies' dresses. (Little do they know that this type of attire will, in ten years become the latest - somewhat scandalous - fashion, for ladies).

Charmaine has begged her mother to join her in a Blusian folk dance and she obliges in doing a few steps. The general prefers to maintain his dignity.

THE FIGURES

For those who missed the previous post. The three figures are my resin castings. The ladies being my adaptation of a Charbens figure and the penguin a conversion from a metal super-heroes' series.  The general got a paint smudge from sticky fingers on his vest which I'll paint over.
