Conversions, Sailor Spy & Dwarf
Never say I don't provide variety!
The sailor is made from a random casting I found. It needed a head and I found a plastic cowboy head which plugged into the body. I trimmed the brim off and added a crown from green Stuff. I also added putty haversack, canteen and built up the support for the leg to look like a branch or vegetation. he received arm castings from the bits box and a sticky paper tape belt fro the haversack of canteen.
The middle figure is a resin casting I made from a white plastic Doctor Doolittle which had possibly been a cake decoration. I damaged the arm so added a new metal one which had a pigeon. The bird lacked the extremities of the wings so I also built these up. (He had lost the parrot he previously had). He also was given a right hand and a bomb at his feet.
"A bomb?" you exclaim! yes, indeedy as this fellow is intended as an old-fashioned spy to give his services to a power in Funny Little Wars.
The dwarf I showed in an earlier post. I since gave him a replacement arm and hand made from wire and putty. I also drilled the right hand out to receive a cannon plunger.
