Fantasy Conversions

This is one of my favorite fantasy conversions. I converted a Halloween unicorn skeleton into an undead flying creature which doubles as an undead dragon. I made a post on this one some time ago. The rider is also a conversion. So far neither have seen battle.

The figure on foot is converted from a cheapo modern infantry figure and is intended as an imagi-nations cuirassier of vaguely 19th century period.

The shark was an op shop acquisition. It is posed next to 50mm German infantryman, a copy of Airfix. There are two ways I might use the shark. One is to place a merman or amphibious humanoid rider on it. The other is to cut it down and give it dinosaur legs to make it into a squig monster for my orcs, probably my 1/32 scale ones, or else a very large one for the Warhammer orks.
The figures below are small copies of Britains figures and West German, far right. I intend to make them into Gillikin cavalry.
