Gothic Church-like Temu, Warhammer-style Ruin

I have always liked the Games Workshop ruined buildings. Something about the grandiose Gothic look I find appealing. I have got a few of the GW ones but when I saw a similar style on Temu and for maybe half the price I forked out the money. The price was between $40 and $50.

Although the building s intended for 28mm/30mm (human) figures it is passable for 54mm ones like the Hing Fat pirate below.

Three of the sections fit together to make a three story building. They don't have to be glued, which is a bonus as it allows for easy storage or removal of sections to represent (additional) battle damage.
The interior details are quite nice. I don't know what these ones represent, maybe a memorial or air vents.
The next section has a mysterious machine which looks like a cross between an old-fashioned computer, a coffee machine and a jackpot machine. The gizmos on top of it look very retro SF.
Again here are nice details, with some mysterious ones.
This robe bloke is also a nice touch.
It looks like they had central heating, the wobbly kind you would see in the film, 'Brazil'.

Here is the ruin with a 28mm older generation Space Ork.
The ruin is obviously a 3D print, and the fine printing lines can be seen but they are not overly obtrusive, especially on a building.

The building is great for SF. For sword and sorcery fantasy and historical eras the tech looks out of lace but could be easily hidden with strategically played debris. That leaves the 'air conditioning'. if it was painted the same color as the rest of the building it wouldn't stand out that much. I intend to paint it a bonze color and just pretend it is not there if I use the ruin in a non-futuristic setting.

Painting the whole thing will be a breeze with a black acrylic spray undercoat - I use GW ones even though they are pricey - followed by dry brushed dark bronze for metal and slate grey for the bulk of th building.

I'm not sure about the statue; choices are grey, metallic or naturalistic as if it had been painted with skin colors etc. What do you think, and why - please let me know.
