Gothic SF Ruin Painted

After the black spray undercoats a grey dry brush was applied to the Temu ruin. A Taumans grey acrylic sample pot from Bunnings was used. It cost me around $5 and is 250ml as opposed to a Games Workshop container of 12mls costing about $6. The quality of the paint seems to me to be equal to the hobby base paint and superior to most craft paints. I use these sample pots quite often, especially for big areas like buildings.

The black and white floor patter is one trope I have seen with Games Workshop buildings and I like that style. Whether it goes with the somber, church-like look I don't know. One thing, though, the more details I painted the less like a medieval ruin and the more like a Gothic futuristic ruin it became. The cute little computer thingy in the corner stands out now it is painted in various colors.

The two figures are 1/32 or 54mm ElastoWit SF figures.

I decided on a bright copper finish for the statue/reliefs.
