Nottinghill, the Final Battle
Mat and I played our fourth battle of the Napoleon of Nottinghill.

North Kensington riflemen loosed off some shots but were overwhelmed by Nottinghill men.

SETUP. I played as the defender, Nottinghill, and played largely defensively, waiting to be in range and striking distance of the enemy. Mat made the usual strong offence from his left wing. However, his forces repeatedly got lost and once even attacked each other in the dark. He lost 17 figures in the last.
Mat incapacitated one of my catapults when he directed fire on it. The catapults were much weaker than in previous games. Amor was also generally with 5-6 D6 saves whereas last games some armor was 4+.
However, towards the end of the battle Nottinghill leader, Scott Wayne was killed in melee. Enemy troops predominated around the water tower objective, so I declared Mat as the winner.
