Rather than do two separate posts I lobbed these together!
First pic is of my cowboy conversion into a Jacobite officer, now painted. I can see spots that need fixing but I like that I now have a Jacobite officer in trews. I just need to base him. (Most of my stuff is meant for wargames).
Here is the Buzz Light Year conversion painted. I glued the Airfix Multipose ammunition pouches as an afterthought. (They have since been painted red-brown). Some large white swastikas would have contrasted with the dark colours but so far I have left those off as the figure will be used in generic games, not necessarily as Weird WW2. The Airfix Schmeisser submachinegun lost the end of its barrel but as he is wielding it one handed it is a machine-pistol! The open faced helmet is a bit contradictory, given the rest of his protection. I could cover it somehow but then why did I paint the face - unless I make a clear cover, easily said than done and how protective is a clear face plate going to be? At least he doesn't have that dopey original head.
The 18th century Highlander officer of the 64th, I am fairly happy with. I just have to make a regiment to go with him.
