A Colossal Statue/Robot

 I bit the bullet, removed the articulated very large toy soldier action toy from his bag, Super Glued some parts, glued it to card and spray painted it with GW black. Next, I dry brushed with Tinny Tin colored (dark bronze) acrylic paint followed by some silver mixed with the base color for highlights. I added some more detail on face, buttons and other objects.

For scale, the accompanying figure is not a 28mm one but a 1/32 conversion I made from bits and pieces.

I think he will look good standing on my garage top shelf looking down on Toy Soldier Land. As suggested to me by Max, he can now be either a regular Joe Blow Humungous statue or an immense bronze robot who activates in times of danger.
