New Regiment of Ruritanian Lancers

The Second Ruritanian Lancers are on the way to Zoohoo to join the First. The regiment is distinguished by the pink plastrons on the tunics.

                                                             Zoohoo irregular cavalry...

The two lancer regiments are slightly under strength and this will be remedied.

Relevant numerals will be added to the flags.
