Sapper and Dwarf Gunner Conversion

 
I am not sure where the figure with rope comes from but he looks like Atlantic. Anyhow, he was sitting in a bits box minus head. The new head is, perhaps a little small but not too bad. He will be a Blusian or some other nation's sapper/engineer.

The dwarf/gnome is one of a number of resin mini-garden ornaments I picked up a few years ago. I increased the size of his basket with Green Stuff to make it look like a water bucket instead of a basket of flowers. I cut off the left arm and added one from a small cheapo construction worker. (I drilled holes in body and arm and used copper wire with Super Glue and Baking Soda).
  So is the dwarf saying, 'Just a moment while I cool the cannon barrel', or 'We got one!'
