Plastic Civilian With hands In Pockets

I don't know who made this hard plastic civilian but I painted him to add to my expanding civilian population. The colors I chose make him look a little like he is from the 1970s  - but I'll use him as pretty much anything, maybe even an unidentified version of The Doctor.

On inspection of the pics I can see the iris's to be a tad too big and could even do with some pupils so I might do some more work on them.
