Ruritanian Pioneer
The ubiquitous road workers are easily converted into pioneers for 19th century armies. I made one here into a Ruritanian just by giving him a spare metal head. (Of course, no-0ne is going to tell me the uniform is wrong). Others I have made into ACW etc.
Inspired! Adding the shako head is a good swift conversion of those common modern road worker figures.
