Kalidah Versus Munchkin Grenadier

 The first book of the Wizard of oz books described Kalidahs as part tiger and part bear with head and rear of the tiger shape. My representative conversion just involved transplanting a tiger head on to a bear. Both animals came from a cheapo bag called Animal World.

It would have been too hard to try to match up the tiger rear so I just added a wire and putty tail and some tiger markings on the rear. I'm reasonably happy with the results and will make some more.
